As a Residential Financing Specialist, you’ll support clients in the branch by offering quality advisory services about mortgage credit. You’ll work in synergy with your colleagues to identify and meet the residential financing needs of clients that are referred to you or that you contact. You’ll also refer clients to your expert colleagues for their specialized needs.

Your role

Help clients develop residential financing strategies for their internal renewal and refinancing transactions and ensure that their banking, financing and coverage needs are metIdentify clients' financial needs and refer them to your expert colleagues for their specialized needsRigorously apply the established processes and procedures and ensure compliance and risk management rules in effect are followedContinuously develop and update your knowledge of National Bank financing solutions

Your team

You’ll report to a Residential Financing Manager and work on a specialized team. You’ll work with the entire branch team and various financial experts to meet all our clients’ financial needs.

Prerequisites

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1 year of relevant experience or college diploma and 4 years of relevant experienceTwo years of experience in business development, preferably in financial servicesKnowledge of credit solutions and mortgage financing productsInterest in working on a team Languages: French
