Sorry, this service is unavailable for the moment Account Manager, Cruise Ships Reporting to the Director, Corporate Sales and Operations, the Cruise Ship Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating renovation projects with cruise ship clients, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to completion. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for cruise ship clients, managing relationships, and ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within budget. Tasks and Responsibilities Project Management and Coordination
Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines, ensuring all project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Partner with internal teams, including Finance (for pricing alignment), Technical Services and Installation team to coordinate the execution of projects from start to finish.
Collaborate with the Product Integration PM who will lead the project on the technical side working with Manufacturing, Composites, Purchasing and Shipping ensuring molds are created, tested, and approved, all PGFR items are ordered and received and work on packaging and shipping, etc.
Work closely with the Product Integration and Technical Sales Support team to work on product development.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and cruise ship clients, addressing any issues or obstacles that may impact timelines or outcomes.
Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate pricing and cost management throughout the project lifecycle.
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Adhere to Risk Management best practices by identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential threats or hazards that could impact the operations, reputation, or financial stability of the projects.

Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for cruise ship clients, building and maintaining strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
Anticipate client needs and proactively address any issues or concerns that may arise during a project.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance and recommendations to achieve their renovation objectives.

Communication with Internal Teams
Collaborate closely with the Technical Services team to ensure technical requirements are met for each renovation project.
Facilitate clear communication and coordination of project plan with Technical Services team to address any technical challenges or requirements.
Provide regular updates to the Technical Services team on project progress and any issues that may impact project delivery.
Provide communication to leadership team, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
Set realistic expectations and have high attention to deliverables and dates. Job Requirements 5+ years professional experience in Account Management, Client Relationship Management, Managing Large Commercial Projects and/or related experience.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in management of projects, preferably in the cruise ship, construction, or renovation industry.
Knowledge of technical aspects related to manufacturing and renovation projects is desirable.
Project planning knowledge a plus.
Ability to travel 50-75% of the time, including to international locations.
Currently has or has ability to obtain passport.
Ability to obtain international driver’s license if required.
Occasionally, work schedule may vary according to technical emergency.
Proficiency in project management software.
Computer experience, with strong proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application. Demonstrated Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
High comfort level in initiating conversations.
Excellent oral and written communications skills, in English and in French [1]
