This includes troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair of broadcast, transmission, audio-visual, broadcast IT and related equipment
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshooting, installation and maintenance of broadcast, audio-visual and related equipment Recommending procurement of materials needed to maintain and improve the Broadcast department Maintenance, distribution and installation of televisions throughout our properties
Key Success Factors
Technical Broadcast experience, online and social experience is a considerable asset NTSC and ATSC broadcast technical standards Familiarity with broadcast production Wiring for video, audio, intercom and RF Proficiency with PC-based computer software applications, including MS Office Suite Advanced organization, verbal and written communication skills Problem solving and troubleshooting skills required on a regular basis Ability to work both independently and part of a team Post-secondary diploma or certification in television technology or a related field
Working Conditions
Able to work shift work, days, afternoons, weekends and holidays Travel between Woodbine, Mohawk and other corporate properties as required-
