ADGA Group Consultants recrute un architecte de système senior pour fournir des conseils en matière d'architecture de système au personnel de gestion du programme des systèmes de commandement terrestre et coordonner les efforts d'architecture de système du réseau canadien des missions déployables (CDMN) et du système de soutien C4ISR terrestre (LCSS).

Élaborer des vues de système de haut niveau pour les réseaux CDMN et LCSS ; Fournir des conseils sur l'application du cadre d'architecture Veiller à ce que la réflexion sur la conception définie dans le cadre soit comprise et appliquée Veiller à ce que les vues des sous-systèmes soient documentées conformément à la norme du cadre d'architecture du MDN et soutenir les autres architectes de système dans leurs activités de documentation.Fournir des orientations à l'ingénieur en chef sur les vues qui ont de la valeur et qui devraient être développées dans l'écosystème C4ISR terrestre. En collaboration avec l'analyste principal, veiller à ce que l'architecture du système soit alignée sur l'architecture opérationnelle, les exigences opérationnelles et le concept d'opérations du CDMN/LCSS.  Mettre en évidence les lacunes ou les insuffisances de l'architecture du système par rapport aux artefacts opérationnels et formuler des recommandations à l'intention de l'ingénieur en chef sur les mesures correctives ou d'atténuation.  Veiller à ce que l'architecture du système soit maintenue dans l'ensemble du programme des systèmes de commandement terrestre au fur et à mesure que les artefacts opérationnels changent et effectuer toute autre tâche liée à cette catégorie.

Qualifications

Preuve d'une maîtrise en sciences, technologie, ingénierie ou mathématiques (STEM) dans le domaine des réseaux, des logiciels, de l'informatique, des systèmes, de l'électricité ou dans un domaine technique ou d'ingénierie approprié requis pour soutenir le C4ISR terrestre. Doit être titulaire d'une licence d'ingénieur professionnel au Canada. Expérience en tant qu'architecte de systèmes de commandement et de contrôle militaires, de communication et d'information ou de systèmes ISTAR. Expérience dans la préparation de documents de conception technique, de spécifications de systèmes et de propositions techniques dans le domaine des technologies de l'information, de la gestion de l'information ou de l'ingénierie.  Communiquer les cadres/stratégies de la technologie de l'information à la direction et au personnel technique. Communiquer l'orientation de l'ingénierie des systèmes pour les projets ou les systèmes. Fournir des conseils, des orientations et des recommandations sur des questions techniques afin de soutenir le processus décisionnel de la haute direction. Diriger des équipes pluridisciplinaires dans le cadre de l'élaboration de systèmes, de cadres ou de stratégies tactiques en matière de technologies de l'information. Développer une architecture dans un ou plusieurs des domaines suivants : Architecture au niveau du système de systèmes pour les systèmes C4ISR ;Collecte d'exigences pour les systèmes complexes ;Architecture de niveau système pour les systèmes de communication et d'information de commandement et de contrôle dans un environnement de plate-forme distribuée ;Architecture de niveau système pour le système de communication et d'information de commandement et de contrôle, dans un environnement client/serveur ;Architecture de niveau système ISTAR pour l'arméeSystèmes C4ISR ; et/ou définition et mise en œuvre de l'architecture des données pour les systèmes C4ISR ou des systèmes similaires.  Analyser, concevoir et/ou mettre en œuvre des solutions dans un ou plusieurs des domaines suivants :Systèmes de communication et d'information de commandement et de contrôle dans un environnement de plate-forme distribuée.Systèmes de communication et d'information de commandement et de contrôle dans un environnement client/serveur. Systèmes militaires ISTAR. Solutions d'interopérabilité C4ISR interarmées ou interalliées utilisant les accords de normalisation de l'OTAN ; et solutions de gestion des systèmes (outils et processus) pour les systèmes de communication et d'information et/ou les systèmes ISTAR. Expérience professionnelle démontrée en matière d'intégration, de vérification et de validation de systèmes, pour des composants matériels et logiciels (COTS et/ou développés sur mesure) dans des systèmes nouveaux ou existants, dans l'un des domaines suivants :Systèmes de communication et d'information de commandement et de contrôle dans un environnement de plate-forme distribuée. Systèmes de communication et d'information de commandement et de contrôle dans un environnement client/serveur. Systèmes militaires ISTAR. Solutions d'interopérabilité C4ISR interarmées ou alliées utilisant les accords de normalisation de l'OTAN ; et 5. Solutions de gestion des systèmes (outils et processus) pour les systèmes de communication et d'information et/ou les systèmes ISTAR.

Informations complémentaires

Doit être titulaire d'un certificat de secret OTAN du gouvernement fédéral et d'un certificat de marchandises contrôlées.  Des copies des diplômes/certificats seront exigées.  Environnement de travail hybride (à distance et sur place)
