Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of promotional campaigns, including events, social media, email marketing, and other channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure promotional materials and activities are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Manage inventory and distribution of promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and giveaways.
- Support the execution of promotional events, including setup, coordination, and breakdown.
- Maintain and update promotional calendars, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities that can inform promotional strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure promotions align with business objectives and sales goals.
- Handle administrative tasks related to promotions, such as scheduling meetings, managing budgets, and processing invoices.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
