BeWell Health Centers are the GTA's most comprehensive Psychological Wellness Institutions. As believers in a multifaceted approach to mental health, we are proud to work with industry-leading Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Registered Psychotherapists, and Registered Social Workers. 

 For our clients, we provide Integrative Psychological care for the whole family. Through personalized treatment plans and elevated patient services, we meet patients where they are and work with them to find accessible, sustainable solutions so that they can live the life they want. For our Clinicians, our focus is on providing a respectful, rich, fulfilling, and collaborative environment.  

Our three clinics are conveniently located in the South Mississauga, Financial District of Toronto, and Corktown/Durand area of Hamilton. We offer comprehensive outpatient services that focus on assessment and treatment/management for addictions, mood disorders, personality disorders, eating disorders, ADHD, and more. Our clinics address diverse issues across various populations, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.   

About You 

We are looking to add Registered Psychotherapists and Social Workers to our team to deliver quality patient-centred care while following leading clinical practices. If you resonate with any of the following scenarios, we invite you to reach out: 

  • You're a practitioner in a solo virtual practice, craving the camaraderie and networking opportunities with fellow clinicians. 
  • Working in a public institution has you feeling overworked and underpaid; but you like the stability of a full-time role, base salary, and benefits. 
  • You enjoy having the option to offer virtual appointments but would love to go into the office space sometimes as well. 
  • The instability associated with splits in private practice isn't your cup of tea, and you seek a more secure professional setting.
  • Your passion for working with clients is matched by a desire to explore leadership opportunities, including supervision. 
  • You want an entrepreneurial role and yearn for autonomy, but you aren’t interested in starting your own practice. 
  • You are content in your current role, but you're open to a conversation about the potential offerings and possibilities BeWell could bring to your professional journey. 

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Fully registered and in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) or Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Services Workers (OCSWSSW).
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding and ability to integrate client-centered care into clinical practice.
  • Flexibility to adapt to and work effectively within a variety of situations, independently, and with various individuals or groups.
  • Demonstrated ability in problem-solving, critical thinking, and creativity to generate new solutions.
  • Commitment to service excellence including continuing education and continuous quality improvement.

What are we looking for?

  • In essence, we are looking for top-notch clinicians who are passionate about mental health and want to be part of a growing institution.
  • Availability of a minimum of three days per week, including at least one evening and one day in person is required. Weekend availability is an asset.
  • Clinicians who are fully vested in their growth and practice at BeWell.
  • Training/Experience in the following is an asset: Couples Therapy, Art Therapy, Child/Youth Therapy, EMDR, and Structured CBT.
