About the role

We’re looking for a Standardist to join our growing team

What you’ll do here:

Respond to incoming calls or emails and provide required information (high call volume). Greet incoming visitors at reception and notify the appropriate person of arrival. Maintain and update telephone lists. Maintain reception area and nearby boardrooms. Manage scanning for electronic mail. Provide support for mail room and Administrative Assistants when needed. Other duties as assigned.

 
What you bring to the table:

College diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum two years of administrative experience Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite  Excellent communication skills Can work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced office  Must be highly detail oriented with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada. Bilingual: French-English Requires answering calls and providing service to an English-speaking clientele on a regular basis.
