The cosmetician places the priority on exemplary customer service, acting as a sales consultant in performing personalized sales.

Responsibilities:

Offer exemplary customer serviceMake contact with customers and ask questions to identify their needsAdvise customers and sell cosmetic productsApply makeup and conduct events/presentationsManage merchandisePerform customer transactions

Requisite skills and knowledge:

A diploma in vocational studies, aesthetics or cosmetology is an assetExcellent customer service and communication skillsGood knowledge of a wide range of cosmetics products and servicesGood knowledge of new trendsGood knowledge of both French and English Education : Attestation of Vocational Specialization (ASP) - Not completed
