As a member of the
GardaWorld security family, your primary role is to ensure the safety and security of client holdings, tenants and visitors to the assignment area in a professional and courteous manner. You will enjoy regular and diverse interactions, while also being expected to maintain the highest degree of professionalism and customer service when doing so. We are currently looking for a Full- Time Bilingual ( English/French) Security Officer in the Winnipeg area to work at one of our high profile clientsWhat's in it for you ?

Greet, inform, direct and escort the different users and visitors of the premises Ensure security for special events (Wedding, Grads, Dinners, etc.) Monitor CCTV Conduct daily functions of the security unit including access control, security escorts, responding to calls for service, report writing/note taking and replacement for vacation book offs Perform property inspections Responding to Fire Alarm/Emergency Situations Complete daily reports and incident reports Provide excellent customer service Desk Duties Other duties as assigned by the client, company or Security ManagerQualifications to become Bilingual Security Guard ?
Valid Permanent Manitoba Security Guard license Fluent in English and French, both written and verbally 1-3 years of experience is required Flexible to work rotating shifts. High school education or equivalent Excellent customer service skillsFrench Version

Accueillir, informer, diriger et escorter les différents usagers et visiteurs Monitorer les caméras à circuit fermé Assurer la sécurité lors d’évènements spéciaux (mariage, graduation, congrès, etc.) Assurer le contrôle d'accès et répondre aux appels reçus par le service de sécurité Coordonner l’intervention en cas d’incidents en mobilisant les services d’urgence et la direction du personnel de sécurité Effectuer des rondes de surveillance préventives en suivant les procédures établies Répondre aux alarmes incendie et d’urgence Rédiger des rapports quotidiens et d’incidents Assurer un service à la clientèle irréprochable Toutes autres tâches assignées par le client, l'entreprise ou le responsable de la sécuritéCe que nous cherchons
