No insurance experience is necessary for this role. We provide and pay for all training to become a licensed insurance broker in any of our Alberta branches. Once you’re done training, you’ll be on your way to helping people protect what’s most important to them.
We are looking for a Personal Insurance Advisor to join the Personal Insurance Team at BrokerLink on a Permanent Full-Time basis working at one of our locations in the Alberta Prairie Region .
What the Role Entails:
Help customers find insurance solutions that meet their needs Keep current on underwriting rules and workflow processes Ensure customer satisfaction and offer advice that helps them make informed decisions Create a trusting environment that fosters the sale of our products and customer retention Test new sales strategies, techniques and processes while providing feedback Actively engage in training and professional developmentThe Successful candidate will have:
