The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following:

Qualifications & Experience

High School education or equivalent. 3+ years bridge or construction experience. Ability to work as a lead hand. Class 3 Alberta Vehicle Operator’s License. Standard First Aid Certificate. Applicable Alberta Construction Safety Association Training. Ability to perform heavy strenuous work in an outdoor construction site setting. Ability to work at considerable heights. Awareness of one’s own condition and relative fitness to ensure total readiness for work. Ability toact in a courteous manner in order to project a positive Company image. Knowledge of accepted bridge construction practices. Ability to read detailed engineering drawings. Awareness of various applicable Acts and Regulations.
