Description de l’emploi
Le Supplier Performance Manager (SPM) est rattaché au Responsable SPM au sein de la Direction des Achats. Il réalise sa mission chez les fournisseurs stratégiques et/ou défaillants en coordination avec les Directions Achats, Qualité et Industrielle.
En tant que Supplier Performance Manager, vous :
● Suivez et pilotez la performance OQOTOC (On Quality On Time On Cost) d'un panel de fournisseurs ;
● Pilotez les plans d'actions chez les fournisseurs en cas de déviations récurrentes de la performance, jusqu'au retour à un niveau acceptable ;
● Garantissez la cohérence des actions d'amélioration OQOTOC initiées par l'ensemble des acteurs en charge de la relation fournisseurs (Qualité, Achats, Approvisionnements, Inspection-réception, Validation Industrielle…).
● Dans le cadre du contrat en place, vous vous assurez de la mise en place et du suivi des plans d'amélioration chez les fournisseurs visant à accroître en permanence leur niveau de maturité (1er niveau issu des évaluations initiales de maturité industrielle) et leur compétitivité en regard des objectifs de coût des programmes.
Dans le cadre des processus en place et pour un panel de fournisseurs défini et attribué, vous avez ainsi la responsabilité directe de :
● Planifier et piloter, avec les autres fonctions intervenant dans le plan de surveillance, les actions de surveillance (audits, évaluations, sécurisations...) chez les fournisseurs : Capacité, Management de la production, Supply Chain, Rate Readiness… et vous assurer de leur clôture ;
● Consolider mensuellement les performances des fournisseurs et établir, diffuser et partager la ScoreCard ;
● Piloter les analyses causales de non-performance OQOTOC des fournisseurs dans le cas de dysfonctionnements récurrents ;
● Mener des revues périodiques de performance avec les fournisseurs, coordonner et suivre les plans d'actions chez les fournisseurs puis les solder lorsque les résultats sont atteints et pérennes ;
● Être un point d'interface chez le fournisseur pour tout problème de performance par rapport aux clients internes ;
● Préparer et animer les revues internes de coordination de la performance fournisseur
● Contribuer à la stratégie achat ;
● Assister le Directeur Achats et le responsable SPM dans la préparation des comités de pilotage de la performance fournisseur.
Vous êtes également chargé :
● D’apporter un support méthodologique en interne et auprès des fournisseurs ;
● De contribuer à l'amélioration des processus internes liés à la relation avec les fournisseurs ;
● De participer aux actions d'évaluation et de présélection des nouvelles sources, dans le cadre des évaluations de maturité initiales.
Qualification
Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’une formation de type Bac+5, ingénieur en production achat qualité ou supply chain.
Vous avez une solide expérience minimum 5 ans en surveillance et développement de fournisseurs dans une structure achat/logistique/qualité en contexte industriel (automobile, aéronautique…)
Vous avez des connaissances en gestion industrielle (kanban, MRP2, VMI, EDI…).
Vous avez connaissance des référentiels Qualité de l’aéronautique et du spatial (APQP, PPAP, EN91XX).
Vous maitrisez les outils Qualité (AMDEC, 8D, Ishikawa, 5P etc…).
Vous êtes certifié Lean-Sigma et Greenbelt.
Vous avez de l’expérience dans la conduite de projet.
Vous avez l’expérience pour mener des évaluations capacitaires.
Vous maitrisez les ERP de type SAP.
Vous êtes sensibilisé techniquement au processus de fabrication.
Votre niveau d’anglais vous permet d’étudier une documentation technique, de rédiger et d’échanger.
Vous faites preuve de leadership et êtes orienté résultat.
Vous avez des qualités d’écoute de communication et de synthèse.
Vous êtes proactif et autonome avec un bon esprit d’équipe.
Vous êtes rigoureux et organisé.
