Overview
Fountain Tire Moraine, is looking for responsible, safe and dedicated associates to join our team as an Automotive Service Technician . Ideally, we are looking for a Journeyman Technician, however we welcome strong 3rd and 4th year Apprentice applications.
Journeyman Pay: $34-$42/hour based on experience

Diagnose, repair and complete service on customer vehicles as directed by work orders Complete and maintain a variety of safety courses including Whimis, TIA, Rim Safety course, and Customer Experience Standards Advise customers and customer-facing Associates on work performed, general vehicle condition, and future repair requirements Perform scheduled maintenance service, such as oil changes, lubrications and tune ups. The responsibility to keep yourself and your coworkers safe Operate company and customer vehicles in a clean and safe manner Maintain mechanical service equipment on a regularly scheduled basis Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts Pride in the work you've done keeping your customers safe and on the road, site or fieldWorking conditions:
A team environment where hard work, concise communication and clear heads are rewarded Consistent lifting of weights of approximately 25KG without assistance is required This work can unpredictable, physical, wet, cold, windy etc and we need someone who will be up for the challenge This role requires nearly constant standing, crouching or kneelingQualifications:
Journeyman or Registered Apprentice automotive service technician A valid driver's license is a must. We also need to see that you are responsible on the road by providing a satisfactory driver's abstract Excellent customer service and a great attitude are a must A team player who takes pride in their work-
