Are you an experienced HR Specialist looking for a new opportunity and available immediately?


We are currently looking for a driven Human Resources Generalist for an established organization in Langley. This is a fully in office role for 3 month contract initially. Apply today to be considered  


Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate new employee onboarding, including orientation, paperwork, and training
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Conduct employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and performance management
  • Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely processing of enrollments and changes
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy laws
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Support employee development initiatives, including training and performance appraisal processes
  • Coordinate employee offboarding, conducting exit interviews and ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR generalist responsibilities
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency in HRIS software
