SAP Project Manager

Montreal, Canada High Cliff Partners Inc. Full time

Our Montreal based client is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager join their organization on a permanent full-time basis. This will be a hybrid work setting with the exact number of on-site and remote days to be confirmed , occasional travel to some of the clients US locations when needed required.

Specific responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Prior experience in logistics OR aerospace / aviation / aircraft maintenance is an asset.
  • The project manager will have to drive an SAP full-lifecycle solution rebuild working with a Tier-1 integrator.
  • Direct project activities to meet delivery targets set by the Steering Committee, according to the plan proposed by the Integrator.
  • Work with the Integrator to ensure delivery of both parties' deliverables.
  • Track and monitor project activities to highlight potential issues, mitigate impacts and inform the Steering Committee as required.
  • Maintain a tight schedule in line with the Integrator's delivery schedule and commitments.
  • Control project costs in accordance with the PMO's financial recommendations.
  • Produce deliverables such as executive reports to project steering committees, or project presentations to various customer committees.
  • Create business cases and facilitate the process of the prioritization of requirements (in coordination with the Business Relationship Manager).
  • Support cost-benefit analyses and budget planning.
  • Collaborate with business process owners (BPO), business process experts (BPE) and all other technical experts.
