Machiniste - Quart de jour et soir disponible

Description du poste: Sous la direction du chef d'atelier, le machiniste est chargé d'usiner des pièces en aluminum et acier inoxidable, conformément aux plans fournis. Plusieurs de ses pièces seront fabriquées en petite quantité et sur mesure.

  • Lire et interpréter des dessins techniques;
  • Produire des pièces sur machine CNC (tour et/ou fraiseuse);
  • Maîtriser l’usinage de précision;
  • Effectuer les ajustements nécessaires en cours de production;
  • Maintenir les normes de qualité et de sécurité;
  • Entretenir les équipements et les outils.

Requis :

  • Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en tant que machiniste avec des tours et des fraiseuses CNC
  • Expérience préalable de l'usinage de pièces en acier inoxidable et aluminum
  • Posséder un DEP en usinage
  • Capacité à travailler avec Fanuc
  • Capacité de lire et de prendre des mesures en utilisant le système métrique
  • Connaissance du language G-Code

Salaire: 23-30$/heure selon l'expérience + avantages sociaux

Quart de travail: 

Jour - Lundi à Vendredi - 5h à 13h30

Soir - Lundi à Jeudi - 12h30 à 23h

Machinist - Day and evening shifts available

Job description: Under the direction of the foreman, the machinist is responsible for machining aluminum and stainless steel parts, in accordance with supplied drawings. Many of these parts will be manufactured in small quantities and custom-made.

  • Read and interpret technical drawings;
  • Produce parts on CNC machines (lathes and/or milling machines);
  • Master precision machining;
  • Make necessary adjustments during production;
  • Maintain quality and safety standards;
  • Maintain equipment and tools.

Required :

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a machinist with CNC lathes and milling machines.
  • Previous experience machining stainless steel and aluminum parts
  • DEP in machining
  • Ability to work with Fanuc
  • Ability to read and take measurements using the metric system
  • Knowledge of G-Code language

Salaries: 23 to 30$/hour + benefits

Shift: 

Days - Monday to Friday - 5am to 1:30pm

Evenings - Monday to Thursday - 12:30pm to 11pm
