Responsibilities
Ensure quality procurement for various stakeholders at the best price.
Perform tasks related to the purchasing process: analyzing requisitions, requesting quotes, selecting suppliers, preparing purchase orders, etc.
Conduct market research for prices, products, and suppliers.
Ensure timely delivery compliance.
Negotiate various supply agreements with suppliers to obtain competitive prices and favorable terms.
Collaborate with department managers to assess and adequately meet their needs.
Ensure purchasing processes comply with policies, laws, and regulations.
Perform any other duties related to the role.

Qualifications
Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Bilingualism (French and English).
Experience in the construction sector (electrical).
Self-sufficiency and resourcefulness.
Good priority management skills.
Strong analytical and judgment skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Thoroughness and organizational skills.
