Duties and Responsibilities

: Conduct comprehensive testing on aggregate and asphalt materials using advanced equipment to assess quality, composition, and adherence to safety and environmental standards. Maintain accurate records and documentation of test results, ensuring organized data management and timely reporting to relevant departments. Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments, addressing any malfunctions and ensuring optimal functionality at all times. Collaborate effectively with the quality control and production teams to enhance testing procedures, resolve issues, and implement quality control programs. Participate in continuous learning and development opportunities to stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in testing and quality control methods.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience working in a lab technician role. Valid drivers license and own form of transportation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
