Nous recherchons activement un Responsable Assurance Qualité/Contrôle Qualité pour nos opérations de Pembroke, offrant un rôle dynamique dans le développement de programmes sur des projets nucléaires et commerciaux. Ce poste est basé à Toronto, en Ontario, avec des déplacements périodiques en dehors de la région du Grand Toronto (y compris à Pembroke, en Ontario). 

En tant que responsable AQ/CQ, Énergie, vous devrez.. : 

- Diriger la mise en œuvre du programme d'assurance de la qualité sur les sites de projets de la division Énergie, couvrant les projets de construction ICI, commerciaux et nucléaires.
- Effectuer des inspections, en respectant l'ensemble des travaux, le plan de travail, le plan d'inspection et de test et les documents de mise en œuvre. Préparer les rapports d'inspection nécessaires.
- Coordonner et diriger les inspections sur le terrain avec l'inspecteur autorisé (nucléaire) et le client, en s'alignant sur les plans d'inspection et d'essai.
- Veiller à l'alignement, à l'actualité, à l'exhaustivité et à l'exactitude des conditions sur le terrain et de la documentation relative à la qualité.
- Vérifier les qualifications du personnel et des sous-traitants en matière de qualité.
- Superviser les activités internes et celles des sous-traitants sur le terrain qui ont un impact sur la qualité tout au long du cycle de vie du projet.
- Vérifier le contrôle des matériaux sur le terrain, en effectuant les inspections de réception nécessaires.
- Effectuer le contrôle des non-conformités sur les sites.
- Gérer l'étalonnage et le contrôle des équipements de mesure et d'essai sur les sites.
- Assurer l'interface avec la direction du projet, la construction, le client, le régulateur et les responsables sur le terrain en ce qui concerne les questions de qualité.
- Assurer la direction et le soutien des programmes d'action corrective, de performance humaine et de culture de la sécurité, y compris l'analyse statistique des indicateurs clés de performance, l'évaluation des causes et des tendances.
- Collaborer avec les équipes électriques et mécaniques pour assurer une couverture complète de l'AQ/CQ.
- Maintenir le respect des réglementations et des normes régissant l'assurance qualité dans le secteur de l'énergie.
- Réviser la gouvernance de l'assurance qualité (par exemple, les manuels, les procédures, les modèles) selon les besoins.
- Soutenir la mise en œuvre de la plateforme logicielle du Groupe Plan (i.e. Procore) selon les besoins.
- Maintenir et renouveler les certifications nécessaires pour une conformité continue.
- Diriger la mise en œuvre de nouveaux processus afin d'améliorer l'efficacité et l'efficience.

Qualifications :

- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en leadership, dont au moins 2 ans d'expérience pratique dans la conduite d'inspections et de tests de contrôle de la qualité sur le terrain.
- Au moins trois ans d'expérience pertinente dans l'industrie nucléaire, impliquant un leadership dans les interactions avec le client de l'installation nucléaire, la direction de l'assurance qualité et les autorités de réglementation sur les questions de qualité.
- Formation post-secondaire en ingénierie, en gestion de la construction, en technologie du soudage, en AQ/CQ ou dans une discipline connexe.
- Excellentes compétences informatiques et maîtrise de MS Office.
- Capacité à voyager au Canada selon les besoins.
- Une connaissance appliquée des codes et des normes nucléaires, y compris CSA N299, CSA N285.0, ISO 9001, ASME BPVC, ASME NCA, NDE et soudage ONGC, est un atout, avec une considération supplémentaire pour les personnes ayant de l'expérience en construction.
- Une certification en technologie de la qualité ou en ingénierie de la qualité (CQE), auditeur principal nucléaire, est un atout, avec une préférence pour les candidats ayant une expérience de la construction.
