You Will:

Ensure a comfortable and friendly atmosphere forboth guests and staff Assist and upsell guests at every opportunity Complete hotel reservations, maintaining hotelbooking and cancellation policies Complete guest check-in & check-outprocesses Respond to guest communication and transfercalls Assist guests in a polite and timely mannerregarding all hotel and resort services Review daily Front Office operations includingguest accounts and hotel financials Perform the day end process for the hotel andset up the following day Create and submit reports detailing hotelfinancials and performance Identify and communicate opportunities to createexceptional guest experiences Know and abide by
