Job Summary
Clintar is hiring a for the winter season. Join our ice and snow team focused on efficient clearing and de-icing. All roles are on-call, often overnight, and contingent on winter conditions. Candidates must be available on short notice, round the clock. 

Responsibilities 
  • Operate snow removal equipment, such as snow blowers, snow shovels, snowplows, or salt spreaders, depending on the job and equipment availability.
  • Shovel, snowblow, or use other hand tools to manually remove snow and ice from designated areas.
  • Apply salt, sand, or other de-icing agents to surfaces to improve traction and melt ice.
  • Be prepared to respond to emergency calls for snow removal, especially during heavy snowfalls or severe weather conditions.
Qualifications
  • Clean and valid driver’s license
  • Own Transportation to and from work
  • On-Call availability, especially during evenings, weekends, and holidays from November – April
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
  • Prior snow experience is an asset
