Digital Marketing Specialist, VCA Canada Animal Hospitals

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, your expertise will be pivotal in executing robust digital marketing strategies, with a particular emphasis on email marketing, content marketing, and social media management. Reporting to the Manager of Marketing Operations, you will spearhead the implementation of innovative campaigns, driving engagement and revenue growth through hands-on execution.
Hands-On Execution of Digital Marketing Strategies:
Lead the execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies, encompassing email marketing, social media management, content marketing, and other digital initiatives, to drive business growth and achieve marketing objectives.
Provide tactical direction on the integration of content marketing into broader digital marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital marketing plans that leverage content marketing strategies to maximize audience engagement and conversion rates across all digital channels.
Performance Analysis and Optimization:
Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and content marketing initiatives, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Analyze audience engagement metrics, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators to assess the impact of digital marketing efforts and inform strategic decision-making.
Implement A/B testing, segmentation strategies, and other optimization techniques to elevate the performance of email campaigns and social media initiatives, driving continuous improvement and maximizing returns on investment.
Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, operations, and hospital teams, to ensure alignment of digital marketing strategies with broader business objectives and priorities.
Serve as a trusted advisor to internal teams, providing expertise and guidance on digital marketing best practices, trends, and emerging technologies.
Forge partnerships with external agencies, vendors, and industry experts to access additional resources and expertise, enhancing the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and driving business results.
