Description

Are you a talented website project manager, SaaS merchandiser, and conversion optimization expert with experience in site management, A/B testing, website conversion rate optimization, Google Analytics 4, and developing engaging website user experiences?

Excited about executing highly effective website analytics, optimization, and development improvements? Like driving increased top-of-funnel, middle-of-funnel, and bottom-of-funnel conversions including MQLs, PQLs, and SQLs, using website optimization tools?

This is the perfect opportunity for a talented, highly motivated, self-disciplined, Senior Website Conversion Optimization Manager with at least 7 years of website management experience, preferably within a B2B SaaS company.

We are looking for an individual with outstanding analytical skills, a history of managing website redesign projects, and a thorough understanding of web best practices to facilitate the creation of goal-driven, user-friendly websites. The ideal candidate will have the ability to strategically lead large-scale projects and roll up their sleeves when needed to get things done.

What You'll Do

Use site analytics and insights to create data-driven page development and website redesign strategies.

Utilize A/B testing, heat mapping, and other UX tools to increase MQLs, PQLs, and sales to meet or exceed site goals.

Balance user experience with SEO best practices to deliver website pages that attract and convert visitors.

Manage site navigation, information architecture, search, taxonomy, categories, filters, and product placement by setting the SaaS merchandising strategy.

Stay on top of website best practices to ensure our customer-facing website meets the needs of top marketing agencies.

Work with internal and external teams to ensure that product information, templates, and relevant imagery are available and updated for all products.

Daily analysis and management of our brand’s website. This involves monitoring Google Analytics, customer feedback, Hubspot, Metabase, and other data to identify opportunities to improve the user’s digital journey.

Work with the development team to implement site updates and improvements to ensure the site is fast and error-free for all users.

Work with the design and content teams to improve conversion rates, increase higher average order value, and drive site engagement.

Monitor competitor trends to ensure that the digital experience is in line with customer expectations.

Create a strategic vision for the long-term growth and leadership of a dynamic team of website development and optimization specialists

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of experience in a fast-paced, online SaaS or eCommerce business

Strong English writing skills

Very comfortable working in a metrics-driven culture where you are accountable for specific content-related KPIs.

Experience leading a team of Website/UI/UX experts and working with Developers

Experience with multiple A/B testing platforms

Expert knowledge of Google Analytics 4, HubSpot, and Google Tag Manager

Familiarity with one or more headless CMS platforms

Knowledge of current UI/UX trends

Previous working knowledge of Contentful (or other headless CMS systems)

JavaScript, HTML, PHP, CSS, and MySQL experience

Intermediate or advanced knowledge of SEO best practices
