Dans le rôle, vos principales responsabilités sont:

Le Conseiller.ère principal.e combine le conseil et les implantations logicielles pour créer des opérations de distribution de classe mondiale.

  • En collaboration avec les équipes de projet, vous mettrez à profit votre expertise en implantation de sytème de gestion intégrée:
  • Estimer, analyser, formuler des recommandations de design de processus, da personnalisation et l'implantation de la solution.
  • Agir comme mentor pour les consultants juniors ou intermédiaires, fournir des conseils techniques et stratégiques, et assurer la qualité des livrables.
  • Maintenir une communication proactive avec les parties prenantes, gérer leurs attentes et assurer leur satisfaction tout au long du projet.
  • Planifier et exécuter des stratégies d'intégration de NetSuite avec des systèmes tiers, comme CRM, WMS, ou outils de planification de la demande, en assurant la cohérence des données.

Le profil recherché:

  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en implantation et/ou à titre de super utilisateur de système de gestion intégrée (NetSuite, Epicor, Accumatica, SAP B1, Genius ERP ou autres systèmes équivalents)
  • Baccalauréat en informatique, en commerce, en finance ou dans un domaine connexe ou expérience pertinente équivalente;
  • Parfaite maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
    *Le bilinguisme est requis pour ce poste afin de mener des activités à l'extérieur de la province de Québec;
  • Compétences supérieures en matière de communication et de présentation, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit;
  • Capacité à travailler de façon autonome dans un environnement dynamique avec des délais serrés;
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs mandats simultanément sous la supervision d'un gestionnaire de projet;
  • Capacité à voyager aux États-Unis et au Canada jusqu'à 25 % du temps.

In this role, your main responsibilities are:

The Senior Consultant combines consulting and software implementations to create world-class distribution operations.

  • Working with project teams, you will apply your expertise in ERP implementation:
  • Estimate, analyze and make recommendations on process design, customization and implementation.
  • Mentor junior and intermediate consultants, provide technical and strategic advice, and ensure the quality of deliverables.
  • Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, manage their expectations and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project.
  • Plan and execute NetSuite integration strategies with third-party systems, such as CRM, WMS, or demand planning tools, ensuring data consistency.

The profile we are looking for:

  • 3 to 5 years' experience in implementation and/or as a super user of an integrated management system (NetSuite, Epicor, Accumatica, SAP B1, Genius ERP or other equivalent systems)
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, finance or related field, or equivalent relevant experience;
  • Fluent written and spoken English and French.
  • *Bilingualism is required for this position in order to carry out activities outside the province of Québec
  • Superior communication and presentation skills, both oral and written;
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines;
  • Ability to manage several mandates simultaneously under the supervision of a project manager;
  • Ability to travel in the U.S. and Canada up to 25% of the time.

  • Experience with NetSuite;
  • Experience with other SaaS products (Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, etc.) or logistics-oriented software (WMS, TMS, MES);
  • Professional designation or post-graduate diploma (CPA, Ing. other)
