En fonction de la situation et des besoins, le collaborateur interpersonnel détermine, avec le ou les clients,les meilleures stratégies et outils à utiliser pour permettre à la personne de bien cheminer selon les objectifs établis.

Vous avez le souci d’offrir un service de qualité centré sur la personne et ses besoins, ainsi qu’une expérience client à la hauteur de nos valeurs.  Vous avez ce désir d’être en fréquente interaction avec les autres. Vous aimez explorer de nouvelles frontières et relever de nouveaux défis. Vous aimez travailler en équipe afin d’atteindre des objectifs communs. Vous placez toujours la personne au cœur de vos décisions. Avant tout, vous dégagez une influence positive Vous faites preuve d’initiative et de créativité dans vos interventions.

Nous cherchons des gens qui :

Ont un diplôme d’études collégiales ou un baccalauréat en éducation spécialisée, service ou travail social, ou dans un domaine connexe. Ont un à trois ans d’expérience en intervention auprès de personnes vulnérables.  Sont bilingues à l’oral et à l’écrit. Ont un permis de conduire valide et une voiture à leur disposition.

Lieux de travail disponibles:

Un (1) centre de services de Rockland - Contrat de 9 mois
