Als Senior SAP Retail Consultant (m/w/d) berätst du auf Managementebene führende Unternehmen der Lebensmittelgroß- und Einzelhandel und leistest damit einen Beitrag im Wandel der Lebensmittelbranche

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Dein neuer Aufgabenbereich liegt in der Beratung unserer Kunden im Management hinsichtlich strategischer Ausrichtung und Optimierung ihrer SAP-Lösungen.
• Hierzu übernimmst du die Leitung und Beteiligung an anspruchsvollen SAP-Projekten in der Lebensmittelbranche.
• Zu deiner neuen Routine gehören die eigenständige Weiterentwicklung und Anpassung von SAP-Modulen im Einzelhandelsbereich der Lebensmittelindustrie.
• Zudem integrierst du die SAP-Systemen mit anderen branchenspezifischen Software Lösungen (wie z.B. im Bereich fullfillment oder PoS) und hierbei bist du im stetigen Wissensaustausch mit Junior-Beratern in deinem Team

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Du hast mindestens 6-8 Jahre Berufserfahrung im SAP-Beratungsumfeld, idealerweise mit fundierten Kenntnissen der klassischen SAP-Lösungen im Handel.
• Zudem bringst du nachweisbare Erfahrungen im Customizing von SAP-Systemen mit.
• Ein tiefgehendes Verständnis für die Anforderungen und Prozesse der Handelsbranche, sowie analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweisen sind für dich nichts neues.
• Deine Eigenschaften spiegeln sich in starken kommunikativen Fähigkeiten, Teamgeist und Leadership-Qualitäten wider.
• Du bist zu einer gelegentlichen internationalen Zusammenarbeit bereit und bringst verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit.
