We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients achieve relaxation and relief from tension through various massage techniques. You will be responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic services that follows the massage scope of practice in a professional and serene environment, ensuring that each client receives personalized care tailored to their specific needs.

Duties
  • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and preferences.
  • Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage.
  • Maintain accurate records of client treatments and progress.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and self-care practices.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the treatment area before and after sessions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding their comfort levels during treatments.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices to enhance service offerings.
Experience
  • Proven experience as a Massage Therapist is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous for understanding client needs and treatment plans.
  • Strong customer service skills to build rapport with clients and ensure a positive experience.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information about treatments and address client concerns.
Therapist must be in good standings with the College of Massage Therpists of Ontario (CMTO) & must be a Registered Massage therapist. Therapist must also carry a valid malpractice insurance.
