Return of Service (ROS) : $10,000 to recent PSW graduates in exchange for a 12-month commitment to work full-time in a long-term care home or within the community.

Qualifications accepted to work as a PSW:
Valid Certificate as a Personal Support Worker (PSW)RN or RPN
Nursing student (2 clinical placements completed)
Valid Developmental Support Worker Certificate Foreign trained healthcare professional - Nurse, Physician
Requirements:
A valid driver’s license and vehicle. Current CPR Certificate level C Current immunization record (TB test completed within the past 12 months) is required upon hire Current vulnerable sector check screening is required upon hire Availability to work days OR evenings; including weekends This is a physically demanding position and requires hand, arm and shoulder dexterity, sensory ability, lifting to a maximum of approximately fifty-five (55) pounds, walking, climbing stairs, standing, bending, reaching, and frequent movementTo be eligible for the PSW ROS, a Personal Support Worker must:
Successfully completed an Ontario PSW training program on or after April 1, 2023, at a public-assisted college, private career college, district school board or Indigenous Institute that meets the 2022 program standard established by the Ontario Ministry of Colleges and Universities Begin employment with a participating employer between April 1, 2023, and March 31, 2026; and Commit to 12 months of employment at a full-time work scheduleAt SE, we love what we do.
