Your responsibilities


  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for the hardware that supports the company’s solutions in power electronics and IoT spaces
  • PCB design of Multilayer printed circuits, Flex circuit boards, RF/microwave circuit boards, Analog circuit boards, and power supply units
  • Design parts, components or products for ease and cost of manufacturing (Design for Manufacturing, Testing, Assembly)
  • Validate board design and component selection via laboratory measurements; develop ad-hoc and automated testing of iterations of the hardware (in laboratory and/or in production)
  • Schematic capture and component selection
  • Providing technical support to manufacturers and PCB fabricators
  • Generating documentation including assembly drawings, PCB fabrication drawings and Bill of Materials.
  • Work on product certification


Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in hardware and PCB development
  • Experience in motor control and/or power electronics a plus
  • Professional knowledge of PCB and electronic design software
  • Knowledge in BOM management
  • Strong knowledge of printed circuit boards, complex circuit layout, and manufacturing/assembly.
  • Hands-on experience in PCB manufacturing and assembly.
  • Autonomy and leadership for managing multiple projects and priorities in line with targeted goals, strong projects management and organizational skills, as well as developed problem-solving skills.
  • Teamwork oriented, and sense of leadership.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong English proficiency required; French an asset.

  • Job Type: Full-time/Permanent
  • Flexible working hours
  • 4 weeks vacation per year (3 weeks at the employee's discretion + 1 week where the office is closed between Christmas and New Year)

Vos responsabilités
    Agir en tant qu'expert en la matière pour le matériel qui soutient les solutions de l'entreprise dans les domaines de l'électronique de puissance et de l'IdO.
    Conception de circuits imprimés multicouches, de cartes de circuits flexibles, de cartes de circuits RF/micro-ondes, de cartes de circuits analogiques et de blocs d'alimentation.
    Concevoir des pièces, des composants ou des produits pour faciliter leur fabrication et en réduire le coût (conception pour la fabrication, les tests et l'assemblage).
    Valider la conception de la carte et la sélection des composants par des mesures en laboratoire ; développer des tests ad hoc et automatisés des itérations du matériel (en laboratoire et/ou en production).
    Saisie des schémas et sélection des composants
    Fournir une assistance technique aux fabricants et aux constructeurs de PCB
    Générer la documentation, notamment les plans d'assemblage, les plans de fabrication des PCB et les nomenclatures.
    Travailler à la certification des produits

Votre formation

    Baccalauréat en ingénierie
    5+ ans d'expérience dans le développement de matériel et de PCB
    Connaissance professionnelle d'Altium Designer
    Forte connaissance de la gestion des nomenclatures
    Solide connaissance des cartes de circuits imprimés, de la disposition des circuits complexes et de la fabrication/assemblage.
    Expérience pratique de la fabrication et de l'assemblage de PCB.
    Expérience en gestion de projet et en optimisation des processus opérationnels à l'aide des concepts de Lean Manufacturing.
    Autonomie et leadership pour gérer de multiples projets et priorités en fonction des objectifs visés, fortes compétences en gestion de projets et en organisation, ainsi que des compétences développées en résolution de problèmes.
    Sens du travail en équipe, et sens du leadership.
    Bonnes aptitudes à la communication et aux relations interpersonnelles. Forte maîtrise de l'anglais requise ; le français est un atout.
