Facilities Receptionist

Please note: that this position is a 6 month opportunity, with a possibility of extension.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver high quality customer service
- Ensure targets are achieve through management of suppliers and performance measures
- Provide general support and advice to team and clients
- Compliance with legislation
- Build positive relationships
- Share knowledge with the Facilities teams across all sites
- Build and maintain good customer relations
- Comply with all processes and procedures
- Support all team members when required
- Manage help desk tickets to ensure timely responses
- Maintain security system, reports, and stocking levels
- Training and oversight for all items for Safety, Health and Environmental requirements and best
- Provide services as required by the client and ensure accurate information is maintained in the client database
- Assisting with scheduling, monitoring vendors on site outside of business hours as well as responding to system messages.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for all items on site
- Ensure storage and meeting rooms are in good condition
Job requirements:
- Graduate of a business related program (diploma or degree)
- 12 years experience managing a team or office
- Experience with Health and Safety and/or Risk Management considered an asset
- Able to lift 25lbs
- Proficient in Microsoft suite
- MondayFriday
- Great work environment
- Pay rate 19/hr
