Description

Sous la direction du Contrôleur de l'usine, ce poste soutient les processus de planification financière pour les matières premières, l'emballage et la main-d'œuvre de l'usine et s'efforce de maintenir l'intégrité de toutes les politiques financières, des contrôles internes, d'établir des budgets et de prévoir le rendement financier. 

Responsabilités :

Soutenir l'élaboration du plan d’opérations annuel, y compris les mises à jour des normes de coût des produits, la transition des changements de coûts et la préparation de tous les calendriers AOP applicables.

Soutenir les rapports hebdomadaires et mensuels sur les coûts réels et prévus y compris l'élaboration et la distribution de rapports à la direction de l'usine.

Effectuer une analyse des matières premières autour des facteurs de rendement et des déchets.

Analyser et interpréter les écarts par rapport à la cible des dépenses directes. Fournir régulièrement un rapport détaillé sur les écarts des mesures des IRC aux équipes de gestion de l'usine.

Aidez à identifier et à quantifier les économies réalisées par les équipes d'amélioration continue et de production.

Effectuer diverses analyses financières et études de scénarios.

Veiller à ce que les exigences de clôture de fin de mois (écritures de journal, SAP) et les rapports mensuels des résultats, y compris l'analyse des facteurs de résultats, soient complétés.

Assurer la surveillance et la vérification de l'exactitude de la nomenclature opérationnelle tout au long de l'année.

Être un membre actif et un contributeur à l'équipe de direction de l'usine , y compris la formation et la rétroaction aux utilisateurs de l'information financière et le soutien des dirigeants de première ligne.

Établir et maintenir des contrôles internes conformes aux exigences ministérielles et aux bonnes pratiques opérationnelles . 

Assurer le leadership en matière d'intégrité financière, de contrôles rigoureux et d'activités transactionnelles, y compris les responsabilités quotidiennes, hebdomadaires et mensuelles de SAP.

Qualifications requise:

Baccalauréat en comptabilité/finance ou diplôme équivalent

Bonne compréhension des principes de la comptabilité générale et de la comptabilité analytique.

Solide ERP et expérience du système financier (SAP).

Maîtrise de logiciels tels qu'Excel, Word et PowerPoint, y compris la possibilité de créer, de modifier et d'assurer l'exactitude de feuilles de calcul complexes.

Excellentes compétences en organisation et en gestion du temps.
