What you’ll do:
Responsibilities for this position include but not limited to:
Dedicated to outstanding customer service, have excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and become a member of a highly motivated team. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential. Process customers through tills and other cashier duties. Ensure work areas are kept neat tidy and that displays are kept fresh, well rotated, and merchandised. Assist manager with co-ordination of promotions and other special events including product and signing displays. Bagging purchases and car service. Stocking and facing shelves. Ordering and receiving stock. Have a good working understanding of the pumps, propane, and car wash areas and to be able to train team members on these processes. Follow company policies and procedures. Assist with the weekly pump maintenance schedule including environmental checklists. You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:
You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do. You’re able to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Some heavier lifting may be required. You are well organized, capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision. You must be willing to obtain WHMIS and propane dispensing certificate. You have the ability to fulfill physical job requirements – standing, working inside and outside, lifting 20 to 25 pounds regularly.
