Tu relèveras du directeur de production et tu auras comme mission d’assurer avec ton équipe l’excellence opérationnelle de tes secteurs. Tu participeras activement à l’implantation de stratégie afin d’optimiser tes secteurs d’activités. Tu contribueras au développement des équipes de production sur l’évolution des standards qualités et techniques en usine. Également, tu développeras des standards en équipe de travail pour répondre à nos exigences clients.

Ce poste est un remplacement de congé de maternité d’une durée de 2 ans.

En quoi consiste ce rôle:

Garantit la mise en œuvre de la Politique Santé et Sécurité;

Garantit la mise en œuvre des valeurs de l’usine;

Assure la formation en continue de ses opérateurs et cadres sur les aspects techniques de ses équipements;

Assure le développement de la maintenance préventive technique de son secteur en relation avec les partenaires de la maintenance. Développe les stratégies 0 panne dans nos arrêts au niveau des entretiens;

Garantit l’atteinte de l’efficacité opérationnelle de son secteur en mettant en place des stratégies pour augmenter les capacités en travaillant sur toutes les pertes de temps;

Garantit la mise en œuvre et l’optimisation du plan d’entretien des équipements de tes secteurs d’activités;

Assure la mise à niveau des manuels d’opérations de ses secteurs (MOP);

Supporte l’équipe de production quotidienne dans la résolution de problématiques;

Participe aux projets d’investissement de ses secteurs;

Responsable des démarches de progrès en performance en usine avec les opérateurs;

Analyser et comprendre avec les équipes de production tous les déclassements de produits et mettre en place des solutions correctives et préventives pour assurer la production d’un produit exempt de défaut et répondant aux standards du client;

Ce qu'il te faut pour joindre notre équipe:

DEC de l'institut de technologie Agro-Alimentaire (ITA) ou BAC en Science et Technologies des Aliments ou BAC en génie alimentaire ou génie industrielle ou toutes autres formations jugées équivalente;

1 à 3 ans en industrie alimentaire;

Expérience dans une industrie automatisée;

Connaissance en informatique (Outlook, word, excel, SAP) ;

Capacité à maîtrise de façon globale les procédés de fabrication ainsi que leur développement en équipes multidisciplinaires.

Formations (atout) : Green Belt 6 sigma, kaizen management, amelioration continue;
