In this role, you will primarily handle the processing of customer credit applications, maintain accurate customer credit records, and respond to customer inquiries. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts and taking necessary action.

Responsibilities
• Ensure the precise and efficient processing of customer credit applications
• Keep and maintain accurate customer credit records
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner
• Manage customer accounts and take necessary action when required
• Communicate with vendors as part of managing customer accounts
• Review and code invoices as part of the accounts payable process
• Conduct check runs twice a week to ensure smooth financial operations
• Use Microsoft Excel for various tasks, including the use of v-lookups and pivot tables
• Follow up on credit card expenses and receipts
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks as required, such as filing and reporting.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an Accounts Payable role
• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) processes and systems
• Experience with LEED Accounts Payable procedures
• Knowledge and understanding of coding in relation to accountancy
• Proven ability to perform check runs
• Experience in managing vendor relationships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in handling and processing expense reports
