Join Our Team as a Certified Counterbalance & Reach Forklift Operator in Ajax
Are you looking to work with a company dedicated to delivering quality, taste, service, innovation, and value? If so, our reputable client in Ajax is seeking a certified Counterbalance and Reach Forklift Operator who is flexible to work across Day, Afternoon, and Midnight shifts.
Pay Rates:
  • Day Shift: $22.00/hour
  • Afternoon Shift: $23.00/hour
  • Midnight Shift: $24.00/hour
Shift Schedules:
  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
  • Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
  • Midnight Shift: 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM (Sunday to Thursday)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate counterbalance and reach forklifts safely.
  • Stage, receive, and replenish inventory.
  • Order pick using RF scanner.
  • Move and stack materials; keep production lines supplied.
  • Rotate floor stock and maintain general housekeeping in the warehouse or production area.
  • Use warehouse management software for inventory tracking.
  • Perform forklift inspections, minor servicing, and repairs as necessary.
  • Occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
Job Requirements:
  • Valid external Counterbalance & Reach Forklift License.
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
  • Demonstrated history of good attendance, dependability, and reliability.
  • Willingness to work in a team environment and possess strong work ethics.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Clear criminal background check.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or distribution center is highly desirable.
