Scanning Clerk

Ourclient a leading company in the insurance industry is seeking aScanning Clerk to join their Document Management Services (DMS)Scanning Team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role inensuring the timely and accurate digital imaging of documents whichis vital to supporting the efficiency and accuracy of variousbusiness units within the insurancesector.

Whatis in it foryou:

Hourly salary of $16.55.
3monthcontract with potential forextension.
Fulltime position:37.5 hours per week.
Weekdayschedule: 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
Opportunity to work onsite in a dynamicenvironment.

Responsibilities:

Open prepare and sort mail designated for digital imaging andsubsequent processing.
Analyzedocument content to correctly identify and assign it to theappropriate business unit.
Implement tracking methodologies specific to various mail streamsand processes.
Monitor workflowqueues and troubleshoot imaging issues asnecessary.
Perform documentscanning using highspeedscanners.

Whatyou will need tosucceed:

12 years of experience in Data Entry and CustomerService.
Proficient PC skillswith the ability to navigate between computers and scannersincluding experience with office equipment and basictroubleshooting.
Strong attentionto detail and data accuracy.
Ability to handle Personally Identifiable Information (PII) withconfidentiality and sensitivity.
Previous experience in imaging/scanning(NicetoHave).
Bilingual in Frenchand English (NicetoHave).
Excellent organizational and time managementabilities.
Capability to workindependently as well as collaboratively in a teamenvironment.
Adaptability tochanging work environments andtasks.
