Are you an experienced Municipal Survey CAD Drafter / Calculations Specialist with a strong background in land surveying, particularly in Saskatchewan? This fully remote position is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking company working on residential and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft legal survey plans, including subdivisions, condominiums, utility rights-of-way, etc.
  • Prepare real property reports (RPRs) and topographic surveys.
  • Perform calculations for property boundaries, foundation placements, and grade levels.
  • Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D to create precise, professional deliverables.
  • Collaborate remotely with field crews and project leads to ensure alignment on project scopes.
  • Liaise with clients, offering technical solutions and maintaining exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct quality control on field data, calculations, and final survey drawings.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with land survey drawings and land tenure systems in Saskatchewan.
  • Work independently from home, using the company's virtual systems to deliver high-quality results.
Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in municipal surveys and land surveying in Saskatchewan.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
  • Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to deliver accurate survey drawings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote setup, while meeting deadlines and project standards.
  • A strong focus on building relationships and providing creative problem-solving solutions
