Salary: $26.00 to $28.00 an hour
Location- Vineland/Beamsville
Shift: Full-time

Responsibilities of the Position:

-Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment. Operate brakes, shears and other metal shaping, straightening and bending machines.
-The ability to recognize ,set up and operate hand and power tools common to welding trade
-Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications
-Select and install torches, torch tips, filler rods, and flux, according to welding chart specifications, or types and thicknesses of metals
-Knowledge of running a shear and drill press and punch press to assist with fabrication of parts

Requirements of the Position:

-MUST HAVE CWB cards or meets Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) requirements
-2-5 years welding experience needed ( MIG and TIG)
-Ability to work independently
-Can multi-task and handle pressure in a busy environment to meet deadlines
-Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals and processes
-Know and identify weld symbols
