Intermediate – Senior Conveyancer

The conveyancer will handle a variety of responsibilities, including administering residential sale, purchase, and mortgage files from start to finish, conducting client and vendor communications, and working closely with colleagues on file progress and allocation. This position also offers mentorship opportunities, as you’ll be supporting and training junior team members.
Key Qualifications:- Experience: Five or more years in a legal assistant or paralegal role specializing in residential real estate transactions.
- Education: LAA or Paralegal certificate/diploma from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency: Strong document production skills, including experience with MS Word/Excel, Outlook, BC Online, MyLTSA, and eConvey.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to handle a high volume of files with accuracy and thoroughness.
- Team-Oriented: Willingness to work independently while collaborating with the team and taking initiative.
- Professional Communication: Ability to correspond professionally with clients, colleagues, and external contacts.
