How you'll make a difference:
Participate in an integrated project team and prepare documentation to achieve each project’s unique design intent Review established work plans and develop strategies to achieve work plan targets Prepare and coordinate project schematic/conceptual design drawings which include required layouts, sketches, and space plans Plan and prepare construction documents, including plans, details and schedules, using Revit Responsible to apply building code and construction regulation knowledge and prepare project specific building code analysis Communicate and coordinate with an integrated team of internal and external project consultants, specialty consultants, contractors, and manufacturers/product representatives Coordinate and/or undertake the preparation of required project documents, minutes, schedules, and specifications Attend on-site visits and field reviews Coordinate and undertake site deficiency reviews and installation reviews Participate in drawing reviews and quality assurance reviews
Who you are:
Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Design Technology, or Architectural Technology who is experienced working on Interior Design projects 5+ years of Interior Design Technologist experience in healthcare, commercial, institutional, and workplace Revit experience required Ability to work independently and as part of a team, multitask, prioritize work, adapt quickly to changing work demands, complete tasks quickly and efficiently, meet deadlines Well-rounded experience in design phases: pre-design to construction administration A comprehensive knowledge of building codes and construction regulations Project management and contract administration experience is an asset Experience preparing high quality construction documents and specifications A high achiever with a desire to grow and learn both personally and professionally At DIALOG, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the world.
