Responsibilities:
Analyst to support client and project team with a variety of improvements to allow the client team to improve their digital delivery operations and ways of working. This individual will work under the guidance of existing team members that are performing various digital factory and delivery roles including Product Owners, scrum masters, developers and UX designers. They will also work with the client directly to understand issues, identify solutions and new ways of working and implement changes.
- General Product Owner expectations include:
o Understanding the delivery life cycle. Requirements gathering, understand the transition to build/test and be able to track User Stories to completion (technical skills not required this is business/BA skills)
o Strong communication skills
o Jira experience/etc. Would be helpful
o Internal PMO support may be required
o Strong communicator
