Tu veux rejoindre une communauté d’expert.e.s afin d’accompagner les clients à identifier les irritants de leurs utilisateurs et les aider à générer de la valeur en co-construisant des expériences utilisateurs qui font du sens ?

Tes missions :

  • Identifier et mettre en place des solutions en fonction du contexte (délais, maturité contraintes) et besoins de nos petits et grands comptes clients
  • Mener des entrevues, observations, focus group pour identifier les besoins
  • Analyser des parcours utilisateurs grâce notamment aux données analytiques
  • Préparer et faciliter des ateliers avec des utilisateurs ou des parties-prenantes
  • Conduire des audits et proposer des recommandations ergonomiques
  • Concevoir des parcours utilisateurs (wireframes et prototypage haute-fidélité) pour des interfaces numériques, mobiles et pour des services multi-canaux
  • Conduire des tests d’utilisabilité pour améliorer les interfaces
  • Maîtriser les contraintes du web et du mobile, et être garant des échanges avec les équipes d’intégration
  • Sensibiliser et accompagner les clients en UX-UI
  • Participer activement à des évènements de la communauté UX-UI

Requirements

Ton profil :

  • 5/6 ans d’expérience sur des projets d’expérience utilisateur
  • Maîtrise des outils de design de wireframes et prototypes basse et haute-fidélité (Figma et Sketch principalement)
  • Expériences dans la conception de produits et fonctionnalités numériques où vous avez collaboré avec les parties prenantes pour obtenir des résultats commerciaux et dans le respect des besoins utilisateurs
  • Capacité à articuler clairement les décisions de conception, en s'appuyant sur les informations récoltées auprès des parties prenantes, de la data et des entretiens avec les utilisateurs
  • A l’aise avec la gestion de situations complexes et changeantes et capable de rationaliser les évolutions et compromis difficiles
  • Bonnes compétences en communication - écrite, orale et présentation
  • Proactif, autonome et professionnel, avec de solides compétences en matière d'organisation et de gestion du temps
