We are hiring for a Pharmacy Manager at our Fort McMurray location. This position will contribute to the success of the store by demonstrating our company mission of Always Customer First and embodying our core values of Service, People, Innovation, Fun, and Integrity.
You will be responsible for:
Day-to-day Pharmacy Dispensary operations, receiving, preparation, packaging, dispensing, distribution and storage of drugs and pharmaceuticals Clinical responsibilities including but not limited to drug use evaluation, medication reviews, adaptations, injection administration, prescription and non-prescription counseling and recommendations Collaborating with other Health care professionals and Community partners Inventory management Team member scheduling, training, and management Identifying and mapping business strengths and patient needs. Developing and implementation of business growth strategies and plans Enforcing policies and best practice protocols relating to pharmacy practice and drugs distributionYou Have:
Your Pharmacist licence and are in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of Alberta Fluent with OAT procedures Your Injection Certification Minimum 2 years Pharmacist experienceHere are some of the perks we have to offer:
