The Life of a Server Assistant:

Deliver a first-class dining experience for guests including offering water and bread to a table, bussing tables, and communicating with and assisting the Service Team and Terrace Culinary Brigade to ensure smooth execution of all restaurant functions Clear and set tables as per Terrace Restaurant fine dining standards, polish glassware and silverware, and prepare for guest service Ensure service areas and equipment are kept organized, clean, and safe Responsible for first approach at tables, answering customer inquiries and running food while providing full descriptions of each dish presented

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 1 year experience working in a fast-paced, restaurant environment Open and flexible schedule for the duration of the season Current Serving It Right certification You thrive in ambiguity and are comfortable with change You put trust in others and never let anyone down You listen, take feedback, respond quickly, and take initiative with a sense of urgency You are authentic, diplomatic, thoughtful, and always have the best intentions
