Chanel F&B Assistant Counter Manager

Location: Holt Renfrew, Bloor - Toronto, ON

Reports to: Territory Manager

Contract : Permanent and full-time position (37.5 hours/week)

Your role @Chanel:

As an Assistant Counter Manager, you will further develop opportunities and assist in supervising and managing our CHANEL Fragrance & Beauty installations, to generate maximum sales volume while providing superior client service.

You will achieve sales goals planned for the year for your Fragrance & Beauty account;

You will use your selling skills that relates to customer needs;

You will provide superior client service by demonstrating interest, courtesy and sincerity;

You will extend exceptional client care to every customer through consultations;

You will increase the customer base and build business for the future;

You will assist in developing, educating and motivating the team;

You will assist in organizing events to ensure successful promotions and special events;

You will participate actively in store merchandising;

You will ensure inventory management;

You will assist the Account Manager in scheduling proper and efficient coverage;

You will build strong in-store business relationships through effective communication.
