Benefits Specialist

Join Go Auto as a Benefits Specialist We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to optimize employee benefits programs, manage disability initiatives, and ensure compliance. If you have 2 years of Benefits Administration experience and strong communication skills, apply now for this impactful role.

Responsibilities:

Reconcile monthly benefit statements and bank withdrawals to billing statements Perform chargeback reconciliations to Go Auto entities Administer disability claims (Short Term, Long Term, and Workers Compensation) Manage employee benefits, including adding premiums for employees on Leave of Absence (LOA) Process new hires and terminations in UKG for Short Term Disability Payments Calculate and process Short Term Disability payments Create journal entries in QuickBooks Collaborate with First Canadian for Benefits Administration Respond to employee and manager inquiries Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficiencies Provide support and backup for Benefit Specialist I Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

HR diploma or CEBS certification (or equivalent experience). 2 years' experience in Benefits Administration and disability management. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel. Excellent communication skills. Analytical and detail-oriented.
