Environnement de travail

L'environnement est propre et bien éclairé, il peut parfois être encombré par toutes les personnes qui travaillent, il peut aussi faire chaud près des fours et en été, mais il y a de l'air conditionné et c'est bien ventilé. Certains départements sont à 4 degrés et peuvent être froids. Les candidats recevront un uniforme de travail mais pourront porter des vêtements supplémentaires s'ils ont froid.

Attentes en matière de performances

On attend des candidats qu'ils suivent la cadence de la ligne, qu'ils soient sérieux, qu'ils respectent toutes les règles de santé et de sécurité, qu'ils prennent leurs pauses à temps, qu'ils nettoient leur espace de travail après leur journée et qu'ils posent des questions. Nous ne voulons pas de candidats qui traînent les pieds et attendent qu'on leur dise ce qu'ils doivent faire. Les employés de l'agence seront évalués sur ces points tous les jours ou toutes les semaines. En général, si les candidats réussissent la première semaine, ils ont de bonnes chances de rester.

16/hr + evening premium of $0.50/hr

Schedule

Day 6am - 4:30pm

Evening 4:30 pm - 2:30 am

Work Environment

The environment is clean and well lit, it can sometimes be crowded with all the people working, it can also be hot near the ovens and in summer, but there is air conditioning and it is well ventilated. Some departments are 4 degrees and can be cold. Candidates will receive a work uniform but may wear extra clothing if they are cold.

Performance expectations

Candidates are expected to keep up with the pace of the line, be serious, follow all health and safety rules, take their breaks on time, clean up their workspace after their day and ask questions. We don't want candidates who drag their feet and wait to be told what to do. Agency employees will be assessed on these points on a daily or weekly basis. In general, if candidates do well in the first week, they have a good chance of staying on.
