Sports and Facility Supervisor

DescriptionPosition overview 
Responsible for the overall management of tennis and pickleball related activities. Deliver excellent customer service experience to our members, program participants and other patrons. Must maintain a friendly, calm disposition and act professionally with a positive attitude. 

Work schedule : 20h/week* 

*Please note that, depending on departmental needs, the work hours may be scheduled during the day, in the evening, on weekdays or on weekends.
Key Responsibilities
  • Enforce and adhere to existing polices and procedures.
  • Plan, assign, coordinate and direct the activities of the staff / pros in cooperation with the immediate supervisor.
  • Address conflicts that may arise.
  • Manage memberships and booking systems.
  • Inspect all courts for safety and quality, make improvements as needed. 
  • Monitor supplies and equipment, notify supervisor when replacements are needed. 
  • Inform supervisor of any positive or negative feedback regarding the physical facility, staff or public. 
  • Enforce safety rules and regulations.
  • Review and follow-up on injury/incident reports.
  • Ensure rainout line is current.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Excellent communications skills with high professionalism. 
  • Excellent organization and time management skills. 
  • Tennis Facility experience or similar complex.
  • Thorough knowledge of the game of pickleball. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Bilingual (French and English, spoken and written)
  • 3 to 5 years of management experience
