We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Sheet Metal Mechanics & Trainees for our 4-week training program at our  Sidney, BC location. We will provide you will all the training you will need to be a successful

Here is what you would do;

Receive a comprehensive 4 week training and mentorship from experienced industry professionals Develop a solid foundation for a successful career in aerospace Play a crucial role in creating high-quality components for aerospace applications Learn to operate and master various specialized tools and machinery essential for sheet metal work Maintain the highest standards of quality and precision in every assembly task Contribute to our commitment to excellence in aerospace manufacturing Become proficient in using a variety of hand tools, power tools, and sheet metal fabrication machinery

Here is what we are looking for:

Enthusiasm for acquiring new skills and mastering specialized tools and machinery Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and following all safety guidelines Basic knowledge and skills with hand and power tools The ability to Strongly communication both verbal and written (English) Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team The ability to have fun at work and celebrate success

You must have and maintain the ability to legally work in Canada and must have proof of a high school diploma and or equivalent.
