**Position Overview:**  

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Marketing Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for raising awareness about our services by engaging directly with potential customers through door-to-door interactions. This role is essential for building our brand presence and generating leads for our sales team.


**Key Responsibilities:**


- Conduct door-to-door marketing campaigns to promote Advantage Flooring & Painting services.

- Engage with potential customers, provide information about our services, and answer any questions they may have.

- Distribute marketing materials such as flyers and brochures.

- Collect contact information and set appointments for follow-up by our sales team.

- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while representing the company.

- Report daily on the number of doors knocked, interactions, and leads generated.

- Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.


**Requirements:**


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers.

- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods.

- Previous experience in field marketing or sales is a plus but not required.

- Availability to work during evenings and weekends.
